Erica Tung (b. 1998, Hong Kong) is a London-based artist working across ceramics and glass. Her practice explores the relationship between light, form, colour and perception, with a particular focus on kiln-cast glass. Coming from a ceramic background, she brings techniques developed through ceramics into her glass practice, using plaster modelling, carving and mould-making to create forms that are translated into glass through lost-wax casting. She is interested in how layers, textures and transparency affect the movement of light through glass, creating shifts in depth, visibility and perception. Through her work, she invites viewers to look more closely and discover how a piece changes with light, viewpoint and time.

She graduated with a BA in Ceramic Design from Central Saint Martins in 2022 and an MA in Ceramics & Glass from the Royal College of Art in 2026, supported by the Marit Rausing Scholarship.
